This is what "chili for two" looks like in our house. I keep adding more ingredients to this to make it last longer - this time I put in 4 cans of beans, twoish pounds of ground beef, four onions, multiple cups of corn, two bottle of Guiness, and 2 cans of crushed tomatoes. We froze half and ate the rest for dinner and lunches the next couple of days. Leftovers made an easily defrosted dinner for this busy week.
