My schedule has been really different since I started the training program. Tuesdays and Thursdays now have us having dinner around 8pm (which doesn't feel so late on account of the long hours of daylight), but it means a shift to our evenings.
Last Thursday, I came home to this:
Since I was going to be gone Friday and Saturday, Ed decided to make an impromptu "date night" for us - he even looked up a recipe for the pork tenderloin (sesame honey glazed).
The meal was delicious, the ambiance relaxing, and it felt so nice to enjoy each other's company on a weeknight.
